I would like to be able to block sources. This will help to eliminate SPAM and unwanted chat.

If you know the IP addresses of the sources you want to block you can add them to your Ipfilter.dat file. Or, if it's just to prevent receiving messages, you can use the message filter (Preferences -> Message Filter).
