Aggressive clients are those who request for a file too often.
The banning decision is on the remote client side, but should go as follows:
- Any client requesting for a file more than once in ten minutes, should be banned.
- Any client pausing and resuming too often, since it results in file requests.
- Restarting the client every two minutes, since it results in file requests.
In summary, any client asking too much for a file (sending file requests), will be banned.
